More About Me.
I've been a mental health professional for over 15 years with experience in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient, residential eating disorder treatment and intensive outpatient as well as private practice.
About the Practice.
Counseling is a space to be heard and get to work on the healing you deserve. Living your life wrapped up in anxiety, depression and stress is not the life you dreamed for yourself, and change is possible. I am committed to creating a space to facilitate healing, growth, and change. I believe people deserve an intentional space, non-judgmental guidance, and strategic treatment for their unique struggles. You are brave and worth the change you are seeking, and I would be honored to work with you.
I offer a safe and effective space to process the struggles and experiences that brought you to seeking professional help. My friendly and warm approach will support a relationship in which you feel safe to share and heal. I use a variety of evidenced based techniques and meet clients exactly where they are at, and provide appropriate interventions.
I am most passionate about working with individuals who have identified eating disorder symptoms and trauma and are seeking wellness and recovery.
I have a deep passion for facilitating healing and growth in individuals through the
therapeutic process and offers a safe space, free of judgment and full of connection, laughter, compassion and honestly. My approach is both direct and sincere.
You are ready. You deserve healing and change, and I would be honored to meet and be present for your process.
About Me.
Outside of the office my life is shared with her adopted teenager and dog.
I love playing tennis, pickleball, going to the beach and trying new places to eat around Wilmington.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and lived and worked in the mountains, coast, and desert, and prefers sand over snow. I love a beautiful sunrise at the beach and a great cup of tea.
